List of servers that Microsoft uses to push updates

I am trying to create rules for my firewall and I want to make sure all of my
clients are updated. The problem I am having has to do with the fact that MS
sometimes uses different ISPs to push windows updates to my computers. Is
there a list somewhere that shows all the different servers that are used? I
sometimes see entries from Level 3, SBC, hotmail, and SAVVIS.

The servers Microsoft uses for updates is in a constant state of flux.
Microsoft does not deliver updates through ISPs, but your updates probably
flow through your ISP.
