Live call not available?

Hi,

Try to use use PC to phone feature but cannot find anywhere to
register....., not in service now???

Hi wu,

Well the service is supposed to end its operation sometime this year (I think it's August?),
and I guess they didn't want anyone signing up (just a guess).

I haven't heard anything officially saying why new signups aren't allowed.
