@live.com email question

I have a question, when you make the '@live.com' emails available to the US,
what will happened with the '@hotmail.com' email address that i have? Would i
be able to 'migrate' my hotmail account to a new '@live.com' account and if
so would i be able to still receive all emails sent to my hotmail and still
be able to chat with my MSN Messenger contacts just as before?

It is likely that you will keep your @hotmail.com addresses. It is unknown if a
migrate capability will be offered.

I have same interesting to a change hotmail to live, but how it do, i live
in finland and here cannot not yet apply @live.com i think but i so
interstin to change that

Technically, nobody can sign up for @live.com addresses yet. The people who are
getting them are using a back door loophole.

Will hotmail accounts be automatically changed over to @live.com accounts?
If not, do you have an idea when we can sign-up for an @live.com account?

I doubt it.

There is another back door method open right now. You can find out how from many
blog/news sites such as www.liveside.net.
The official sign-up date is not yet known/announced.
