Live Communication 2005 Admin Tools Install error

I am trying to install the Admin tools for Live communications server 2005 on
my Vista laptop. I get the following error part way through the installation:

Error 27711. Error '0x80070005' stopping service 'winmgmt'.


I have even tried turning off UAC temporarily and nothing seems to work. I
am running the install Run As Administrator.

Any suggestions?

I had a very similar error today when installing LC Admin.

I recieved:
Error 27711. Error '0x8007041c' stopping service 'winmgmt'.

I search online for SOMETHING to help and I found a forum that mentioned that they had Trend Micro installed and had to stop the services in order for it to install properly.

I went a step further and uninstalled Trend.

IT WORKED! No more error and the snap in works perfect. Even after reinstalling Trend.
