live ,essenger sign in an out

when i try an sign into messenger it signs in as soon as it has loaded it
signs out an trys to reconnect an does the same but when i sign into
messenge under my partners name it signs in an stays signed in mines
hotmail.com an partners .co.uk never had problem before an useing a
dongal any ideas
