Mastered is better anyway.
if you want to lose files - use 'Live fileformat".

I love Microsoft for their excellent products.
But like most techies or professional people, or anyoen who KNOWS ocmputers
deeply, I am so disgusted with these childish terms and names.

There's NO such thing as 'Live filesystem" in professional world. It was
invented for retards who can't learn a thing.

What you mean by Life FileSystem is properly called UDF.
There're sevral standards governing file systems, even within UDF itself.
That's too much for home and simple consumers?
Remember when Windows Explorer was properly called "File Manager"?

Who in the world deciced to rename it "Windows Explorer"? I tlel you who:
Marketing people without technical background who realized too many
consumers are morons., even 'Directorry" was renamed as 'Folder".

So returning to "Live File System".
It's properly called UDF and if you rlife depends on data integrity you will
NOT be using ":ive File System".
You will need to use Mastered mode.
As of why LFS formatting is not indicated in your Widnows built-in optical
disk writing facility, we don't know.

Please wait for more responses.
It's possible during Motherboard replacement you're missing some drivers for
DVDRW controller or something, or Windows needs to be reinstalled?
