I am a blind user using a screen reader program. The latest version of live
messenger is not user friendly at all with the screen reader program.
Jonathon, I tried the zap messenger and it ran fine. I tried installing an
older version, I think 8, but it still forced me to install the latest
version. Is there a way to run a previous version without having it hound
you to upgrade? This sort of thing really cripples users of adaptive
software that has to try to keep up with changes. Trouble is that changes
are so often visual changes to make it pretty for sighted users. That's fine
but by forcing us to upgrade the blind users are locked out.
