Live Messenger 2009 deploy issue

Hi all,

Im going to deploy WLM 2009 on many PCs. I have *.msi file
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/redir/w3qfe/wlm.asp
If I install this MSI on machine manualy (with admin rights) no problem.
If I deploy this MSI via GP, these errors appear in event log:
