Thanks for the info but the material provided does not address my problem.
Cameras on both ends (both parties OS, hardware and software identical)
produce good sound and video to both parties during a web call. The problem
is my camera displaying the little window image of me on my computer during a
video call. You are not sure if you are in the frame. What I see on my side
(in addition to the other party's video images) is the big red X image where
I should be seeing myself in a little window.
