Hello! I've got a technical issue and I have searched the internet that I
seems not to be the only one with it. But no solution has yet realeased.
OS: WinXP SP2
Webcam: Logitech for Notebooks.
Messenger: Live 8.1
Issue: others don't see my webcam
When I used to use Live messenger 8.0 everything worked as it used to be. My
peers did see my webcam picture. After upgrading to 8.1, peers don't see
webcam any more. If accepting invitation to show webcam they constantly see
"loading" for ever. On status bar Messenger showed "connecting..." and then
"connected", but no picture transmission. Only people with older version
(7.5, 8.0) see my webcam, people with version 8.1 do not see. When downgraded
to 8.0, everything worked again. After upgrading to 8.1 doesn't send feed any
more. No problem with OS, not hardware or driver based issue. Issue with
Messenger software. What should I do/use that buddies with latest messenger
could see my feed???
