Hi,
I call it an RC because that's what it was known internally at Microsoft and the actual
applications themselves have lost their 'beta' monikers that were there before.
From an official standpoint, I've seen everything from "beta refresh" to just "release" on
various official Microsoft blogs, so RC is pretty good middle ground
I personally consider it a fully released version as it's up to that "release quality". In
fact given the quality of some of the releases in the past, it actually exceeds expectations.
