live messenger crash

Dear Sir,
I am not sure weather this place is the right place for this question.
Whenever I invite/accept PC to PC calling in live messenger,
My system crashes and I must reboot it.

Most of the time this issue is caused by your audio device driver. You may want to visit
WindowsUpdate (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) for the latest driver or from your audio
hardware manufacturer directly.
