A "mail client" is a program, such as MS Outlook Express, or Windows Live
Mail, which can access IMAP, POP3, and SMTP servers for receiving and
sending email.

Is your 'msn.com' account a paid account? Is WLM configured to access via
POP3, or HTTP Mail?
