Live Messenger Email not loading ???

I have my Windows Live Messenger set to remember my username and password and
when I click to sign in a small screen in the bottom right pops up saying I
have 10 new email messages.(normal)
When I click on the icon "View your Inbox" near top left corner in Windows
Live Messenger the page doesn't load. The progress bar stalls at about half.
This has been happening for several days now and I can't use my email which
is:
I'm using version 8.1.0178.00
I have NO IDEA how you can contact me to help fix my problem as my email
isn't working.

I just tried doing that in WLM 8.5.1288.816. It opens Windows Live Mail
(version 12.0.1365). Which mail client are you using? If you are reading
your 'msn.com' email in the MSN Browser, do you have the latest version
installed?

I don't understand what you mean by the term "Mail Client". I don't have MSN
installed.
WLM opens fine, I just can't access my email from there.
I must say that occasionally it lets me in so I'm thinking the problem isn't

A "mail client" is a program, such as MS Outlook Express, or Windows Live
Mail, which can access IMAP, POP3, and SMTP servers for receiving and
sending email.

Is your 'msn.com' account a paid account? Is WLM configured to access via
POP3, or HTTP Mail?

NO, I don't have a 'pay' account.
How do I check to see if my WLM is configured properly?
I find it hard to believe it's a setting because I was able to access my
email through WLM once yesterday but it won't let me in today. It seems that
some days I can get in and some days I can't.
