live messenger featuresnot working

hi! I cannot access features like ...friends lists and spaces. I also have a
pending request which I cannot see. After signing in, the folowing message
always appears.... ' unable to complete task...experiencing difficulties...'
Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

hi nina i have same troubles but mine comes up netpassport what this means
no idea but i know some times cant get on for hours
