Live Messenger freezes on me

Hi All,

Using Live Messenger version: 2008 and Build 8.5.1302.1018. Using Windows
Vista Ultimate 64 bits. From time to time it freezes one on me and needs to
End Task to get it back. I uninstalled it and re-installed, but still the
same problem.

Is there any other areas that I need to do some clean up?

Hi Eric,

When it happens do you have a specific advert being displayed at the
bottom of your contact list?

Mine keeps doing this with the HellBoy advert at the moment, but it has
done it with other adverts in the past.

Next time it happens take a look at what advert is displaying.

Hi Nick,

I have Kiwee attached to that window on the left when I need to type to
somebody. I think that may cause me that problem.
I don't have the Kiwee toolbar but those icons stuck to the Messenger window
and and under Un Install I can't find anything about it.

Using Vista Ultimate 64 bits

Any idea?
