Greetings Elle,
Do you have any Sony software products installed like Sonicstage? Go check Add or Remove
Programs in the Control Panel to confirm as other things may have installed it.
If this is the case, uninstalling Sonicstage will solve your issue. I haven't heard of this
issue in awhile till this forced upgrade, so I assume Sony has updated their software to be
compatible so installing the latest bits from Sony will probably allow you to maintain using
their software.
