I might have found a inbetween solutions. I changed the settings of HTTP
Checking from my NOD32 antvirus, and uncheked this option.
Now users can connect to MSN but with a delay. There might still be
something that slows this down.
Other computers with same NOD32 settings don't have this problem. But i'll
keep things updated if i find something more.
