What I dont like about this Live Messenger, is that the contacts dont show
their small pic near their name, as the versions before, and when you enable
"show Details", it takes all the space and its not a clean way of showing
contacts? Things should be easier with better view!! is there anyway we can
get back to the previous in live messenger?

Thanks,
Wassim Hamad.

Greetings,

Yes you can, but it's "unsupported" (aka no stamp of approval from Microsoft). The "Mess"
Patch will do this for you which you can find here:
http://www.mess.be
(look for the Mess patch link in the top headlines).

The feature in question is "Show Small Display Pictures In Normal View".
