Live Messenger Won't Install

I followed your links to install msn messenger after recieving o_s
check:0x80280004 error while trying to run and install the prgram. After
succesfully installing through your four seperate links I try to log in with
my account and it gives me an error message entry point not found.
The error message says this exactly:
msnmsgr.exe-entry point not found
The procedure entry point SHRegGetValueW could not be located in the dynamic
link library SHLWAPI.dll

Can you please help me with this and email me at
