Greetings,
Unfortunately there's millions of variants of these kind of Messenger viruses. Although
generally they're all just a rogue process running when you can find in Task Manager, locate
it's file, terminate and then delete yourself.
If you can't find it, you might want to try some anti-virus tools, like the OneCare scan:
