Live One Care - Will not update - incomplete installation?

This has happened to me twice now.

After a few weeks of Live One Care being installed, the status icon turns
red. It says that my virus protection is out of date. When I try to
update it, it tells me that cannot update because the installation was not
complete. It won't let me complete it, so I have to uninstall Live One Care
and re-install it. This cycle repeats in a couple of weeks again....

How can I make sure I have a complete installation and I don't have top go
through this again?

I have looked in the Knowledge Database, but found nothing....

Hi Mac,

If the install runs smoothly, maybe you blocked your AV program somehow
to get updates on the net?
Check your windows Defender (if enabled) or firewall settings.
Maybe disable Defender and Firewall, and see if it can update. If it
does you know where to start.
