Its a Beta application innit, don't touch beta applications unless you
are prepared with a proper backup image or a clone of your drive. Too
late for you, maybe you can fix it but what other damage did Live
Safety Centre Beta do to your machine when you ran / uninstalled it?.
It cleaned out system volume information for a start otherwise you
would have some good restore points ( its got a disk clean utility on
it from what I read briefly).
