Live Update Error Message

I keep getting an error message - "Live Update Notice Service Stopped Working
and was Closed" What is causing this ?

Live Update usually refers to Symantec (Norton) products. If you have a
Norton product installed, Live Update isn't working. With so little
information, that's all I can tell you. If you do have something by
