LIVEONECARE FIREWALL

Hi All

have Vista home premium

have installed Live One Care

all seems ok but had a look around

in controlpanel i opened windows firewall

it shows that firewall is turned off

same applies to windows defender

am i correct liveonecare has its own firewall ???

liveonecare centre shows firewall set at -- auto

Mant thanks for any advise

Windows OneCare includes a more comprehensive, robust firewall.
OneCare intentionally disables Vista's built-in firewall because it can
cause system instability to have both running at the same time.

Carey is correct. I will also add that Defender is turned off by OneCare as
OneCare includes Defender's protection and scanning engine/signatures.
