Yep, deleted all partnerships.
In the meantime I though it might have been a language problem so aligned
languages to English. Problem has changed a little
Contacts - nothing being synced - no blanks - nothing
Calendar - loading hundreds of blank appts for sync date and time into Outlook
AS goes through the motions in desktop window as normal and no error,
conflict or resolution messages received.
