Loading office 2003 editions

I am trying to load Office 2003 edition the program runs for awhile then i
get this error number 0x8024d00c. What do i do now.

Load Office 2003 onto what OS?
From what type of media?
What version of Office 2003?
Why do you think this is a "Windows Update" issue?

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you see the 0x8024D00C error
