Loading Windows Live

I have tried to download Windows Live but Vista blocks it because it is from
a suspect publisher - Microsoft Corporation. The window does not contain the
option to unblock the publisher but a link to a help window. The help
contains no information whatsoever on how to unblock a publisher. What do I
do?

Try looking in two places.
Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > click
Publishers.
Try removing any Microsoft Certificates shown to see if it resolves your
issue. You probably should 'Export' and save the certificate before removing
so you can 'Import' it back if it doesn't work.

Also check Tools > Internet Options > Programs > click 'Manage Add-ons'.
Select 'Add-ons that run without requiring permission' and 'disable various
Microsoft add-ons. Maybe one of them is causing the problem.
