The POP/IMAP means that the incoming server has to be either POP or IMAP
(not HTTP). SMTP is outgoing and wouldn't apply to blocking.
What's supposed to happen is that the messages get downloaded but
automatically moved to the Junk folder. What level of filtering have
you set under Safety Options, Options?
