an icon has appeared aying that I have no or limited connection, what does it
mean and what do I do, been told to download a patch, but what patch

Good question might be what virus are you infected with now
or what does the icon look like? Is it a small yellow
shield? Did you set your computer to do automatic Windows
updates but you are not using cable/DSL?

You really need to give accurate info if you want accurate
help.
