I have a client in a small windows 2003 aAD network with vista 32bit sp1
where he sporadically gets the following error which results in his losing
all mappings to 1 nas server.

Restoring network connections
An error occurred while reconnecting to T: to
\\nas001\sharename
Microsoft windows network: The local device name is already in use

This connection has not been restored

Nothing in event log on server .
This client has 2 Nics wired/wireless
also has a vpn adaptor- fortinet

Im looking for some clues with this... any help appreciated.

Elv
