Not sure. It isn't my machine. It is a new HP laptop, however. It was
purchased about a week ago.

Did that and found all kinds of people having problems with this. Some of
the problems seem to be because of routing tables having multiple default
gateways (this isn't my problem, however).
My nephew says, it connects for about 10 minutes and then goes to Local Only
and he has to reboot. After that it connects for another 10 minutes without
going back to Local Only.
