I have lot of linked web pages on my computer built for my personal
use some of which extensively use javascript. None of them run through
a server. Whenever I start them I get the message that the javascript
has been blocked for my protection which is ridiculous. How do I turn
off these scecurity features for my own pages? The help files seem
totally unhelpful and I cannot find any settings for local pages that
work since everything is set up on the assumption that
html pages are only every served from the web.

Can anybody assist please?

thanks
