local website access between in XP host and VPC

hello,
i have XP installed as a host with 2 VPC images.

i access internet from host via wireless adapter and the same adapter is
also select as a networking option in both VPC and they can also access
internet.

main problem below:

my host computer name is HOST [dynamic IP] and computer names for VPC are
VPC1 [dynamic IP] and VPC2 [dynamic IP]

i have sharepoint on VPC1 and TFS on VPC2 and i want to:

- access sharepoint sites in XP from VPC1 via web
- access VPC2 from VPC1 via web
- enable file sharing in all three OS

please share the steps or details to sort out the issue
