Hi Milo,
This usually happens when a program uses the "Documents" folder to
place a folder that it uses in it. When it does this, it will only use
the default location of the "Documents" folder. It would then create
another one when you have relocated the original one, giving you two
folders like this.
The only way to fix the problem is to check the program's settings to
see if you can change the location of it's folder to the new location of
your "Documents" folder. Otherwise, you will need to restore the default
location of the "Documents" folder to have only one again.
