Location of Vista Hotfixes

Where does Vista store the hotfixes on the machine?

Are they accessible to (1) delete or (2) uninstall?

Remove them in Control Panel-Programs and Features-View Installed Updates

I understand that but where are the files located?

Why do you want to know? you can't just "delete" the hotfix because it
integrates into the OS when you install it....

That's true if he wants to uninstall but it sounds like he wants to
delete the files to gain space. If he's not planning on removing any of
the hotfixes or updates then the files can be deleted, but I'm not sure
where they are stored since I'm not at my Vista machine.
