Lock Code via GPO 2003 2008

I am testing out SBS 2008. I currently use SBS 2003 with Direct Push to my
WM6.1. I added the new Exchange Server (2007) for my device and it
implemented the default Security Policy with the "lock-code". I have since
moved back to my old SBS 2003 / Exchange 2003 server, however I can not
remove the automatic locking of my device. When I go to the phone / settings
/ security, it says my lock code is invalid, however when my phone is
inactive for 5 min it does allow my lock code to unlock the device. Is there
a reg setting I can edit to remove the lock code or reset it? I just don't
want to have to hard reset the device.
