Hi Andre
i checked event viewer, it says The previous system shutdown was unexpected.
some times it says:
The Parallel port driver service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it
has no enabled devices associated with it.
however the laptop does not have any parallel port
nothing logged in Problem Reports and Solutions
it is under warranty however the trader has refused a refund or an exchange.
