Other people use my computer and change my wallpaper. Just want to know if
there is a way to password lock my wallpaper so only I can change it.

Thanks

Do these other people have their own user accounts or are they using your
account? Wallpaper settings are specific for each user and not global.

If others are able to log on to the computer with your administrator
account, there is nothing you can do that they would not be able to undo?
They could even set a password for the account that would effectively lock
you out of the PC!
This is a very bad practice, especially with users who are doing things that
you don't approve.

It's better if every user has his own computer.

Hello Scot

Sorry, but you cannot just password the wallpaper. Only the use
account. Of course you could create a separate standard user account fo
your son so that it doesn't matter what he changes the wallpaper to, an
you do not have to worry about him being able to make changes tha
affect the whole computer

If you like for an alternative, you could use the STEP TWO section i
both METHOD ONE and METHOD TWO in the tutorial below to prevent th
wallpaper from being changed

http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/10...ent-change.htm

Hope this helps
