I concur with Brink.
If Method 3 doesn't work you'll have to reinstall Vista to gain
administrative control.
I don't want to sound flippant but you first might want to spend an hour or
two to find the person who hijacked your UAC and press them for the password.
If you do try Method 3 I'd be curious if it worked.
