LOCKED OUT OF WAMU

I am not able to connect to Wamu (Washington Mutual). This happened before I
upgraded to the service pack2. I thought that was the problem, so I upgraded
my windows xp. Well, I am still not able to connect to my bank, and neither
them, nor my computer's manufacturer (Sony) can tell me what is wrong! Can
anyone help me?

Have you tried reregistering the softpub.dll
Start, Run, type: regsvr32 softpub.dll

I think WAMU have been having problems because I have no dealings with them
but kept getting account information bulletins from them caught in my
Spamcop account.

They are "phishing" emails, spoofing the Washington Mutual From line.
