Log file error when opening email

Whenever I open Windows mail, I get the following error:
Unable to open log file:
c:\users\michael\appdata\local\qurb4\express\qurb. log, error: The process
cannot access file because its being used by another process.

After I click OK, it goes thru a few more similar errors, then the windows
mail opens and I can send & receive emails fine. How do I stop this error
message?

It sounds like you have installed some incompatible anti-spam software:
http://www.qurb.com
Uninstall it if you want Windows Mail to work.
