Log off hangs after SP2 successful install.

I have installed SP2 on Win XP Pro. Machine is setup with 2 users.
Everything works fine.
Except: Login in and Log off of Admin account with no problem. Login in
using secondary account works. LOG OFF USING THE SECONDARY ACCOUNT HANGS THE
MACHINE. I have to unplug it to be able to reboot. Bizarrely, switching
between the 2 users works fine as well.
Any idea?
