Logging off (Fingerprint)

I was just wondering if 'log off' was an application, so that I could
register it to one of my fingerprints to log me off. Is this possible?
I have Windows Vista Home Premium on an XPS M1530 Laptop, with a fingerprint
reader

One of your fingerprints could be set to a user that, when logging on,
shutdown the system. You would need to be sure autologon for the last
account used was not setup.
