Logging off when using remote access

Hi,

I connect to my w2k Server via remote connexion with my vista being both
boxes on the same network and every so often, it's logging me off (don't
know which of the two boxes). The same happens when I connect to the server
via internet.

Anyone can help me out and tell me where can I start to look?
