when logging onto the internet, Navcancl pops up. The information displayed
is:-
Navcancl
type: Unknown
From ieframe.dll
would you like to open or save?
I have tried to do both but to no avail. Then another message appears:-
Checknow
AOL HTML Document, 35.0KB
C:\ program files\Dell support\checknow \html
Can sombody please help as i am a novice. Please explain procedure so i can
understand.

I had a very simelar issue but with XP.
I logged on to a machine as a new user (machine had been setup an
patched under a different profile) and setup the windows profile, whe
opening IE7 for the first time I kept getting the error file downloa
"navcancl" source ieframe.dll

In the end it was the temporary internet files path, once setting t
"C:\Documents and Settings\-username\-Local Settings\emporary Interne
Files", the brwser then proceeded to the runonce screen
