I would like to know how to change a Logical Drive to a Primary Partition in Vista.  I have 2 HDD's so I don't need to shrink any of my HDD's to make a virtual drive.

Hi,

You can't simply change the partition type. You would need to delete and
recreate in Vista's disk manager. All data currently on that partition would
be lost. If you already have 3 existing primaries, then you cannot create a
fourth with Vista's drive tools.

Unsure of what you are talking about here, but it has nothing to do with
your subject matter or initial statement. A virtual drive would simply
occupy some of the space available on an existing volume.
