Hi
My Step daughter bought a Vista Business edition Laptop. In her
excitement she set up a main account for personal use and a limited
account for work. She has used it for work and has forgotten her main
password. No recovery discs were made and she is not sure where the
documentation or accompanying discs are.

She is a lovely girl so what can you say. Any help getting into her
main account appreciated.

Chris

Hi Chris,

I have used this with success on client's computers where they have
either forgotten their password, or someone PUT a password on without
permission, etc. It's called NT Password Changer

Sheesh, time for bed?

It should read:

And here for a "walk-through" on how to get 'er done

On main page choose, ("Click"), --> Password reset CD/bootdisk:
Instructions & image to download. Then under "How to use?" click the
"walthrough" in this line:
"Please read the walthrough and the FAQ before mailing me questions."
(Which is a typo for walkthrough)

G'day

I'm not the OP, but
FWIW, I tried this program, and it didn't work.
It said it couldn't find an installed OS.
I'm running Vista SP2, so maybe it doesn't recognize the beta.......
