Login Problem

I am my computer's administrstor. My sister (who has a standard account
can't login. It says "The group policy client service failed the logon
Access Denied." What can I do to fix this

listen to soad more but nah im joking try have a look in ur control
panel for how much rights the standard account has, thats my guess, have
u ever had it where as you click on the msn a blue-ish thing apears over
the login button and screws up the login?
