logon issue

Hi folks,

I tried logging in to my windows vista system. When i clicked on the login
icon..and started typing the password.....the system was printing 2 or 3 or 4
characters for every key tap that i did. frustrated i don not have a
clue...is this a keyboard problem or A vista problem?

please help anyone

Start by borrowing and trying a different keyboard.
