Logon screen language ?

Hi,
Recently I installed laptop with vista os.
Situation - when I logon to vista, users language settings is OK (I have
languages I want, defaul lang is what it should be), but if I logout to
logon screen - I have only one default language(it's not english) and it's
not that I want. How to change that language ?
